Ingredients:
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until it is al dente. Drain the macaroni and set it aside.
